Print Rights – Under the Microsoft® Bing™ Maps Platform APIs’ Terms of Use
The following print rights terms (“Print Rights Terms”) form a part of the Microsoft Bing Maps Platform APIs' Terms of Use (“TOU”) between you and Microsoft. Your use herein must also be consistent with the TOU. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Print Rights Terms or in the SDKs will have the meaning ascribed to those terms in the TOU. You and your end users may print, save or use screen shots of the Content of the type “Road Map”, “Aerial”, and “Streetside” in accordance with the SDKs and these Print Rights Terms (“Prints”).

1. General Rights and Restrictions for Prints with a Bing Maps License and Volume License of the TOU. If you have separately entered into an Agreement, additional rights may also apply to your use of Prints. In the event of any conflict between these Print Rights Terms and your Agreement, your Agreement shall prevail. If you have separately entered into an Agreement, additional rights may also apply to your use of Prints. In the event of any conflict between these Print Rights Terms and your Agreement, your Agreement shall prevail.
- 1.1. Commercial Purposes. Your Prints may be used for commercial purposes. Acceptable commercial purposes for Prints include: (i) use in an advertisement or press article about Company products or services; (ii) sending PDF Prints to customers; (iii) printing a browser page with Content to create a flyer or handout; (iv) use within documents or presentations; and (v) sending in an email.
- 1.2. Attribution Requirements. Prints must include the copyright notices from the Services and Content, including, without limitation, any logo, trademark, copyright or other notice of Microsoft or its suppliers and digital watermarks. You must ensure that the copyright notices are not removed, minimized, blocked, modified or obscured in any Prints. You must include the following copyright attribution statement: "Microsoft product screen shot(s) reprinted with permission from Microsoft Corporation. If your use includes references to a Microsoft product, you must use the full name of the product. When referencing any Microsoft trademarks, you must follow the General Microsoft Trademark Guidelines.

1.3 Restrictions. We do have some restrictions on your use of Prints with your Application through the Services. You may not, nor may you permit your end users to:
- (a) Use Prints in a way that is disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to Microsoft, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
- (b) Use Prints of an identifiable individual.
- (c) Make more than 5,000 copies of any single Road Map Print or Aerial Print.
- (d) Access, download, transmit or save the 'raw' data (tiles) from the Services under any circumstances.
- (e) Use Prints of type "Ordnance Survey Map" as described in the SDK's.
- (f) Use Prints to create production maps which are similar to or compete with commercial maps or atlases.
- (g) Use the Services to produce Prints similar to a local mapping authority.
- (h) Directly or indirectly imply Microsoft sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
- (i) Use Prints in a comparative advertisement.
- (j) Alter a screen shot in any way except to resize the screen shot.
- (k) Include Prints in your product user interface.
- (l) Make prints that display the Zenrin copyright notice, © [Year] Zenrin. For example, maps isolated solely on Japan.

2. General Rights and Restrictions for Prints under Section 5 (Education or Non-Profit Organization use), Section 6 (Limited Public Website Use), Section 9 (Mobile App Development), or Section 10 (Windows App Development) of the TOU.
- 2.1. Non-Commercial and Personal Purposes Only. Prints may only be used for your personal and non-commercial use.
- 2.2. Attribution Requirements. Prints must include the copyright notices from the Services and Content, including, without limitation, any logo, trademark, copyright or other notice of Microsoft or its suppliers and digital watermarks. You must ensure that the copyright notices are not removed, minimized, blocked, modified or obscured in any Prints. When referencing any Microsoft trademarks, you must follow the General Microsoft Trademark Guidelines.
